1. Agreement to Terms
By connecting your Web3 wallet and deploying workloads on the Kortana Cloud platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately terminate all active workloads and disconnect your wallet.
2. Workload Provisioning & Billing
Workloads are billed by the block in native Dinar (DNR) tokens. You are solely responsible for maintaining an adequate balance in your account. Workloads will be automatically suspended if your balance drops below zero, and permanently deleted if unpaid for over 7 days.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the provisioned microVMs or container services for illegal operations, malicious intrusion, network flooding, or unauthorized cryptographic mining that breaches hypervisor system allocations.
4. Limitation of Liability
Kortana Cloud provides decentralized infrastructure "as is". We make no warranties of merchantability, uptime guarantees beyond hypervisor levels, or data recovery liabilities for suspended enclaves.
