1. Decentralized Identity

Kortana Cloud does not collect your real name, physical address, or traditional credit card credentials. Your identity on the platform is governed entirely by your public Web3 wallet address (MetaMask or Kortana Wallet).

2. Data Collection

We collect temporary server logs, request headers, deployment configurations, and public ledger transaction hashes solely to provision your instances and debug hypervisor connectivity issues.

3. Workload Data

Your virtual machines and databases run in fully isolated namespaces. We do not inspect, snapshot, or read the data stored inside your microVM disks unless explicitly requested for technical support.
